The CMMI certification system, formally known as Capability Maturity Model Integration, is currently the most authoritative assessment and certification framework in the international software industry. It also serves as the global standard for software engineering, systems engineering, and quality management within the software sector. This certification system is a key benchmark used to evaluate an organization's maturity level in software development capabilities.
In recent years, Hangyu Xing has placed great emphasis on building a robust talent pipeline for professional software technology R&D.
