On October 21, Li Yiqun, Secretary of the Sujiatun District Committee, led a research team to conduct a调研考察 (investigative and inspection) visit to Shuifa Hangyuxing. Company General Manager Guan Hongjun, Chief Engineer Cheng Bo, Deputy General Manager of Production Wu Mingyu, and other company representatives accompanied the delegation and provided a tour, during which they briefed the visiting leaders on Hangyuxing's business development and operational status.
