Gas pipeline self-closing valve
The gas pipeline self-closing valve is a new type of safety device installed at the end of indoor low-pressure gas pipelines. It connects to gas appliances via a flexible hose (or alternatively, a metal corrugated pipe) and is designed to detect gas pressure, automatically shutting off the flow while requiring manual reset. Overpressure self-closure
When the pressure regulator fails, automatically shutting off to prevent gas pressure in the pipeline from exceeding safe operating limits—thus avoiding risks such as high-pressure hose rupture or detachment, or accidental malfunctions of stoves due to excessive pressure.
Undervoltage self-shutdown
Due to malfunctions at the high-pressure station, intermittent gas supply, time-based distribution, peak-hour demands, and ice blockages—among other factors—when the gas supply pressure drops too low, the system automatically shuts off the gas source. This prevents accidents caused by flameouts or backfires resulting from abnormally low gas pressure.
Gas shut-off by self-closure
When the public gas pipeline is suddenly shut off due to emergencies, malfunctions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, this product automatically shuts down to cut off the gas supply, preventing low gas pressure that could lead to flameout or backfire—and potentially triggering accidents.
Superfluidly autistic
When the gas appliance connection hose ages, breaks, is gnawed through by rodents, or becomes loose and detached—leading to abnormal gas leakage—the product automatically shuts off and cuts off the gas supply, preventing a major leak that could cause an accident.
Indoor Leak Detection
After opening the stove valve, close the indoor main valve. If the self-closing valve shuts within 20 minutes, it indicates a gas leak in the indoor piping system—please contact your gas company’s customer service team to arrange an on-site inspection.
