Gas Turbine Flow Meter
The LWQ gas turbine flowmeter is a velocity-type flow instrument designed for precise measurement of gas flow rates. It features a simple, lightweight ceramic construction, high measurement accuracy, excellent repeatability, a wide measurement range, and convenient installation and maintenance. Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, aerospace, and scientific research, this flowmeter is ideal for measuring various gases—including natural gas, city gas, propane, butane, air, hydrogen, and more—in both commercial applications and industrial process monitoring. Due to its exceptional accuracy and reliable repeatability, the gas turbine flowmeter is particularly well-suited for trade metering and industrial process control. When using this flowmeter for general measurements, it’s important to note that the actual density of the medium fluctuates with changes in temperature and pressure. To ensure accurate readings, the instrument must continuously monitor both the temperature and pressure of the medium, allowing for real-time conversion of volumetric flow rates under varying operating conditions into standard or specified-state flow values. • The instrument features pulse and analog signal outputs, enabling centralized data collection and real-time management directly via an RS-485 communication port or by integrating with a GPRS system.
• Low power consumption, powered by a built-in battery or an external power source;
• Features real-time data storage, preventing data loss in case of battery replacement or sudden power failure; in the event of a power outage, internal data is securely preserved indefinitely.
• Can be used in conjunction with IC card prepaid systems for convenient trade settlement;
• The explosion-proof products bear the explosion-proof marks ExibIIBT4 and ExibIIBT6.
