Far-Transmitting Diaphragm Gas Meter (NB-IoT)
The Far-Trans Membrane Gas Meter (NB-IoT) is built on a dedicated IoT network provided by a telecom operator and consists of a base meter, an intelligent control unit, and an NB-IoT communication module. This smart IoT membrane gas meter periodically transmits metering data, operational status, and other relevant information to a monitoring platform via the operator’s NB-IoT network. The platform’s data center then analyzes this information to perform tasks such as billing, settlement, real-time monitoring of meter status, and issuing commands directly to the meter—enabling features like intelligent metering, remote meter monitoring, online payment, and automated anomaly alerts.
