The upper casing and main body of the mechanical aluminum-gas meter are both crafted using high-quality aluminum alloy die-casting, ensuring durability and precision. The exterior and interior surfaces of the housing undergo advanced anti-corrosion treatment, featuring outdoor-grade pure polyester powder coating that meets the stringent European RoHS environmental standards. Equipped with a 360-degree rotary valve, this meter minimizes friction while maintaining strong resistance against gas impurities and contaminants—a key factor in enhancing its overall sensitivity. Additionally, cutting-edge visual processing technology ensures clear, easy-to-read meter readings at a glance. With a wide measurement range, the meter accurately captures flow rates spanning from a minimal 0.016 m³/h up to a maximum of 6 m³/h. The valve seat and cover are made from advanced synthetic resins like phenolic compounds, offering enhanced wear resistance and improved long-term stability. Imported from Europe, the diaphragm material exhibits outstanding performance, easily enduring over 3 million flexure cycles and maintaining reliable functionality even in temperatures as low as -30°C. As a result, the meter delivers exceptional accuracy, smooth operational curves, and pressure losses that remain well below the internationally recognized limit of 200 Pa.
