IC Card Membrane Gas Meter
The IC card-based membrane gas meter features prepaid functionality and tiered pricing, with the option to add a gas-leak alarm and automatic valve shut-off. It allows users to set multiple billing thresholds and customize various tiered rates, automatically calculating the appropriate discount based on the month’s actual gas consumption. This next-generation smart gas flow meter utilizes an IC card for prepaid payment and automated billing. It is compatible with a wide range of combustible gases, including natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and city gas, making it the ideal metering device for modernizing gas management systems. Inside the meter, a low-power 16-bit MCU ensures seamless operation, handling all program functions and data processing automatically. Gas management authorities can remotely manage user accounts via computer—enabling prepaid gas purchases, setting secure IC card passwords, and retrieving real-time data such as remaining gas levels and cumulative usage. Additionally, dedicated management software allows for the creation and maintenance of comprehensive user profiles, storing essential customer information for easy access and tracking.

• Supports one-card meter replacement, and the original tiered pricing remains unchanged after the switch;
• Temperature compensation (optional).
