The gas oval gear flowmeter is a high-precision, highly reliable, and wide-range gas monitoring and measurement instrument—ideal for accurately measuring non-corrosive gases such as natural gas, city gas, propane, hydrogen, and industrial inert gases. The intelligent gas oval gear flowmeter builds upon the conventional model by integrating advanced features like flow, temperature, and pressure sensors, along with cutting-edge smart technology, making it a next-generation solution for gas flow measurement.
Core Features
• The wide range ratio can reach up to 1 : 216;
• Low starting flow rate can reach as low as 0.04 m³/h;
• Long-term accuracy is unaffected by the medium and remains stable over extended operation;
• Low pressure loss, ranging from 0.03 kPa to 0.50 kPa;
• Built-in pressure, temperature, and flow sensors for a more compact design;
• Separate digital temperature and pressure sensors, making calibration, verification, replacement, and maintenance more convenient;
• Six-segment automatic linear correction of the instrument coefficient, enhancing the instrument's wide-range accuracy;
• Employs an E2PROM data storage chip, ensuring internal parameters are saved permanently;
• Features pulse, RS-485, and 420mA signal outputs.
