On August 17, Wang Jianhua, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Water Resources Group, and his delegation visited Shuifa Hangyuxing IoT Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. for an inspection and调研 visit, focusing particularly on Hangyuxing's initiatives in smart manufacturing and technology-driven innovation.
On August 17, Wang Jianhua, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Water Resources Group, and his delegation visited Shuifa Hangyuxing IoT Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. for an inspection and research visit. The team focused on examining Hangyuxing's initiatives in smart manufacturing and technology-driven innovation. Company Chairman Sun Yu, Vice President of Marketing Zhang Guangchun, Vice President of Production Sheng Shichun, and other executives accompanied the group and delivered a detailed report during the meeting.
Secretary Wang Jianhua and his delegation first visited the Hangyu Xing Digital Intelligent Exhibition Hall. During the tour, Sun Yu, Chairman of the company, provided a detailed introduction and product demonstration highlighting the company's progress in core technology R&D and the development of its smart, unmanned factory. He then led the delegation on an in-depth visit to key areas such as Hangyu Xing’s “ultrasonic” metering instrument R&D and testing laboratory, as well as the “unmanned” manufacturing equipment workshop.
Secretary Wang Jianhua expressed full recognition of Hangyu Xing's achievements to date and showed keen interest in the company's "IoT-enabled" smart instrumentation solutions. He particularly highlighted the development of an unmanned production and manufacturing equipment workshop, noting that, in the "post-pandemic" era, companies are increasingly aware of how traditional manual labor has historically constrained productivity and efficiency. As a result, many are swiftly embracing the transformation toward fully automated, intelligent manufacturing systems—actively pursuing end-to-end, high-efficiency, and fully digitalized production processes. Secretary Wang praised these efforts for significantly boosting overall manufacturing efficiency.
Additionally, Sun Yu, Chairman of Shui Fa Hangyu Xing, briefed Secretary Wang Jianhua on the company’s current business status and its strategic plan to drive the upgrading of the high-end manufacturing industry. He also provided an analysis of Hangyu Xing’s market development trends over the next five years—particularly in the areas of smart energy, smart cities, and the "dual carbon" goals—along with a discussion of the challenges and opportunities the company is likely to encounter. Looking ahead, Hangyu Xing will continue to create value for customers and society across five key dimensions: "smart technology, IoT integration, energy efficiency, emission reduction, and benefits for the public," further strengthening its role as a strategic enabler in China’s digital transformation and sustainable development initiatives.
