On August 19, Liu Qun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee, led a research team to conduct a调研考察 (investigative study and inspection) at Shuifa Hangyuxing. Company General Manager Guan Hongjun, Chief Engineer Cheng Bo, Vice President of Production Sheng Shichun, and other company leaders accompanied and hosted the delegation. During the visit, the team focused on evaluating Hangyuxing's core technology R&D capabilities and its progress in transforming toward intelligent manufacturing.

Company General Manager Guan Hongjun, Chief Engineer Cheng Bo, Vice President of Production Sheng Shichun, and other company leaders accompanied and hosted the group. During the visit, the team focused on evaluating Hangyu Xing's core technology R&D capabilities and its progress in transitioning toward intelligent manufacturing.
The research team conducted an on-site inspection, visiting the company’s frontline production workshops. During the visit, Guan Hongjun, General Manager of the company, provided a detailed briefing to the leaders on Hangyu Xing’s smart manufacturing operations. She emphasized that, amid the impact of the pandemic on the manufacturing sector, the company has come to realize more than ever that driving a shift toward intelligent manufacturing is the key strategy for building a new competitive edge. To achieve this, the company is fully committed to enabling highly efficient, end-to-end digital production across all processes—starting with optimizing the layout of digital infrastructure to lay a solid foundation for manufacturing digital transformation; advancing breakthroughs in core cutting-edge technologies to strengthen the company’s core capabilities in smart manufacturing; and enhancing its ability to deliver advanced smart equipment and system solutions, while vigorously promoting flexible manufacturing approaches to swiftly propel the enterprise toward a high-end manufacturing industry upgrade. After touring Hangyu Xing’s “unmanned, smart factory,” Deputy Secretary-General Liu Qun expressed strong approval and high praise for the facility.
Following this, in the company’s conference room, the research team held a focused discussion with relevant officials from Hangyu Xing, delving into the development and market applications of the next-generation "ultrasonic" metering product. Cheng Bo, the company’s chief engineer, explained that Hangyu Xing began laying the groundwork for ultrasonic metering instrument R&D back in 2009. After more than a decade of relentless effort, the company has now successfully completed the entire localization process—from design to development. Notably, the ultrasonic metering module featuring China’s “self-developed chip” can now replace the currently imported “foreign” modules widely used in the industry. Additionally, the company’s independently developed ultrasonic flow channel design, transducer packaging design, core metering circuit board design, and embedded software algorithm design have all reached cutting-edge domestic and international standards, positioning Hangyu Xing as a leader in the industry.
