The meeting reviewed and summarized the achievements of 2022, while also outlining comprehensive plans for the upcoming year.
At the meeting, heads of various company functions delivered their performance reports one by one. The session was conducted in a hybrid format—both in-person and via written submissions—allowing all mid-to-senior-level managers to thoroughly review and summarize their work over the past year. Participants not only highlighted key achievements and shared valuable lessons learned but also openly addressed challenges, analyzed underlying causes, and proposed targeted next-step strategies, objectives, priority tasks, and actionable implementation plans. Meanwhile, Company General Manager Guan Hongjun and Chief Engineer Cheng Bo engaged in discussions by raising questions and exchanging insights on each department’s presentations, followed by detailed, point-by-point feedback on both the departments’ summaries and future plans.
During the meeting, Guan Hongjun, the company’s General Manager, delivered a summary speech on the year’s accomplishments. She emphasized that middle- and senior-level managers are the backbone of the company’s growth. Looking ahead to the new year, she urged everyone to stay firmly focused on the company’s annual goals, making "improving quality and boosting efficiency" the overarching theme throughout 2024. She encouraged teams to develop concrete action plans to put these objectives into practice, while continuing to uphold Hangyu Xing’s spirit of "working swiftly, diligently, and practically." She highlighted three key priorities: First, ground ourselves in reality, elevate our perspectives, and take greater ownership of our responsibilities. We must conduct thorough research into critical initiatives, identify challenges and opportunities, set clear targets for improvement, and tackle tough issues head-on—ensuring that every measure is meticulously implemented and refined. Second, embrace proactive leadership and dare to take decisive action. Let the word "do" guide every aspect of our work, maintaining an unwavering passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. By combining practical determination with smart strategies and persistent perseverance, we can deliver outstanding results in everything we do. Above all, let us fulfill our mission through tangible actions and reaffirm our commitment by embracing responsibility with integrity. Finally, we must remain steadfast in driving innovation and fostering continuous reform. As innovation remains the core engine propelling our company forward, we must relentlessly strengthen our focus on R&D breakthroughs, production process improvements, and enhancements in customer service capabilities. Only by consistently unlocking fresh momentum from within can we sustain long-term growth and unlock even greater potential.
After the meeting, everyone unanimously agreed that reviewing and summarizing the year’s achievements has clearly outlined the direction for the company’s production and operations in the coming year, clarified our strategic thinking, and boosted everyone’s confidence. Participants expressed their commitment to accurately align with the group’s and the company’s overall development strategies, while firmly maintaining their confidence and determination.
